Today the world is facing many disruptive challenges, and one of those is environmental pollution. In a move to lower carbon emissions and promote electric vehicles there have been incessant efforts made worldwide. Pakistan is one of the world countries which is most impacted due to environmental issues, especially air pollution and greenhouse gases.Secondly, Pakistan is a country that cannot afford a money drain in terms of offshore money exchange in dollars/imports. There is considerable need to promote electric motorcyc in Pakistan to ensure a pollution-free environment for living. The government aimed to promote electric motorcyc in Pakistan by the end of 2030 to overcome the pollution problem. However, still the pace of development is slow and efforts are required to adopt EV on a wider scale.

Indus Electric Company (IEC) is established to cater to these challenges and pursue to become a leader to fulfil local needs for Electric motorcyc as well as shift a gear to export EVs in the future through an indigenous made product that can meet the global standards. The company will be a manufacturer of electric motorcyc that will operate in Pakistan and provide a different variant of electric motorcyc by employing existing technology and reverse engineering leading to hi-tech engineering technology.

The company will be operated by a team of professionals who have an extensive experience and skills in the field.
